Even though i have a mixer, i still prefer to knead by hand cos i find my mixer working too hard and sounds like it is going to breakdown..lol! For this gelatinized dough method, the bread will stay soft till next day and no need bread improver. :)faithyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01442407119836426810noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2691107354521190985.post-32388985721105699282010-05-07T12:42:04.489+08:002010-05-07T12:42:04.489+08:00Hi! Just want to check how you knead your dough by hand, bread machine or mixer. Previouly I try out using hand and kitchen mixer to knead my dough (other recipe)but the bread seems to be hard the next morning even I add bread improver/soft. In the recipe it mentioned cold egg is that mean cold from the fridge.
Thanks
Christina PohAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2691107354521190985.post-68257035129816153552009-08-17T11:51:58.595+08:002009-08-17T11:51:58.595+08:00Hi Jennifer!
