This is a no-bake cheesecake. The original version asked for 60ml of white wine but it also said can be replaced with sparkling fruit juice which i did. I replaced with sparkling apple juice.
Although i said i like the oreo-crust base better, the digestive crust base here blends quite well with the strawberry cheese and also cos it is not as sweet and taste more 'ice-cream' like.
